The advanced CGC tests dogs in real-world community settings rather than a controlled test environment.

Requirements

  1. Dog must have the CGC title
  2. Walk on a loose leash in a natural setting with distractions
  3. Sit or down and stay in a natural setting with distractions
  4. Walk through a crowd of people and past dogs
  5. Walk past food on the ground
  6. Walk past distracting items (bikes, skateboards, shopping carts)
  7. Down, stay, and recall from 20 feet
  8. Say hello to a person while handler talks
  9. Leave it
  10. Wait at threshold (door or gate)
