Requirements
- Beyond Sight certification for service dogs with trained task work. Video evaluation.
- Dog must have CGC or equivalent
- Demonstrate minimum 3 trained tasks that mitigate handler's disability
- Tasks must be specific to handler's disability
- Dog must work in public without interfering with others
- Public access manners demonstrated in video
- Handler statement about disability and how tasks help
- Submit video of tasks performed in real world setting
